Cancellation Policy:
 

Your appointments are very important to us, for it is time reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens and there are times that schedules may need to be adjusted. Therefore, we respectfully request a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations.

Cancellations after the 24-hour notice time and No Shows will be required to pay 50% of the reserved service amount before booking the next appointment.  

Because we know how easy it can be to forget an appointment that you scheduled months ago, we will send a reminder text two days before your appointment.

The cancellation policy allows us time to connect with clients on a waiting list, as well as keep our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Remedy Salon policies are created and presented with the best of intentions to serve our clients and our staff. We pride ourselves in giving our established and future clientele exceptional service and consideration of their needs.
